What it does
When a reply says that something is done, passing, fixed or deployed, Proof reads what that turn ran: tool output, exit codes, test counts, metric changes and file hashes. A claim that nothing shows, or that the turn's own output contradicts, gets a short card after the turn. Proof keeps every claim in a ledger that you can export.
Shown: something in the turn shows the claim, and Proof stays quiet.
No evidence: nothing in the turn shows it, and a card says so.
Contradicted: the turn's own output says otherwise, and the card quotes it.
A ledger of every claim, which you can export.
Optional: an independent read-only check on a local model.
