What it does
When a session needs you, Decisions shows it as a card: what is asked, what the agent recommends, which session and how long it has waited. Your answer goes into the session. The session's own log proves that it arrived, and the card says so.
Cards for decision lines, tools waiting for approval, questions in DSH's question box and threads that need a decision.
Each card shows the question, the recommendation, the session (one click opens it) and the wait.
An answer steers a running turn, starts the next turn of an idle session, or settles the approval or question.
Each delivery is proven by the session's log, and the card says so, or says why not.
Optional: a short note for each new card to a webhook or a command.
