What it does

Canon reads a vault of canon notes. When a turn starts, it finds the few active notes that fit the prompt and the session's folder, and adds them after the prompt as one short block that names the path of each note. When you allow drafts, agents can save draft notes, and only a person promotes a draft.

Recall: at most 3 notes and 2,000 characters by default, and you can turn it off for one session.
Capture: agents save drafts only when you allow it. Drafts are never added to a turn.
Promote or Discard a draft on Canon's page. Nothing promotes a draft by itself.
It reads the vault on this computer: no model call, no network.
